Any teen is welcome to attend the program, but a parent/guardian must sign registration forms.

Please use the special section on the registration form to register your teen. In order for teens to participate, a parent/guardian must sign registration forms and provide a cell phone number in case of emergency. Teens are able to come and go from the program but must sign in and out.
