Can I move in any earlier than 9 a.m. on Wednesday, September 9?
We are able to accommodate first year students who must arrive early because of travel difficulties or family conflicts. However, the earliest we can provide housing is Tuesday, September 8, at noon. There is a nominal fee of $25 which includes the cost of your room and meals for September 8. The charge will be applied to your student account in the Business Office. If you would like to reserve housing , please complete the Early Arrival Request for First Year Students form. We are very sorry but we cannot accept any reservations after August 15.
As you make your reservation, please keep in mind that transportation will not be provided from the airport to Carleton College on September 8. For available transportation options, please visit the Campus Activities website. Keys and OneCards will only be issued from noon until 4:30 p.m. on September 9.
