What's New for 2013-2014 Room Draw: 

What's New This Year?

1. Room Occupancy Changes - the following rooms will change occupancy for 2013-2014:

Burton 130A - From a Quad to a Triple
Burton 131A - From a Quad to a Triple
Davis 116A - From a Quad to a Triple
Davis 216A - From a Quad to a Triple

All Watson Corner rooms (x03, x07, x13, x17) - From triples to doubles.

2. The following rooms will be returned to a Lounge:

Cassat 215 - *Study Lounge

3. The following apartments will NOT be available for room draw as they were in the 2012 Room Draw:

Parish House 116/119
Faculty Club Annex

4. Changes in Houses used for Room Draw:

Huntington will not be available for Room Draw
Henrickson House is a new residents house with 3 singles and 3 doubles available for Room Draw. 
Page House West will be drawn as one unit (5 spaces)

5.  Changes in Rooms used for Room Draw:

Watson 116 (apartment) – will be a Sub-Free space for next year.\

1^st Davis - will no longer be a 24 hour quiet floor.  It will be 12-hour quiet floor from 7am-7pm, Monday through Friday.  This is to ensure quiet atmosphere for Student Health & Counselling operating hours.

Cassat & Evans – new Winter & Spring Break Housing location (NOT Complex & Watson/Myers).

6..  Changes in the Process of Room Draw

Room Draw will have 2 sessions each Night

For the Class of 2014 - Monday, May 13th
#1001-1200 - Room Draw will begin at 6:30pm
#1201-1699 - Room Draw will begin at 8:00pm

For the Class of 2015 - Tuesday, May 14th
#2001-2200 - Room Draw will begin at 6:30pm
#2201-2699 - Room Draw will begin at 8:00pm

For the Class of 2016 - Thursday, May 16th
#3001-3200 - Room Draw will begin at 6:30pm
#3201-3699 - Room Draw will begin at 8:00pm

7.  New Resources for Room Draw
