- Lead and manage housing operations and programs including Room Draw and first year student housing
- Select and supervise residential life professional staff
- Assist with the supervision, selection, and training of the RAs
- Respond to student behavioral problems
- Provide counseling, advising, and mediation services to individual students and staff
- Plan, implement, and evaluate all policies affecting Residential Life
- Involvement in college-operated residence halls and houses planning and development
- Develop long-range plans and objectives for Residential Life

Sexual Misconduct Complaint Coordinator responsibilities:
- Amy serves as the main entry point to the complaint process and coordinates the overall organization of the complaint process. When you contact her, she can:

- Start the Complaint Process
- Walk you through the steps of the Complaint Process
- Explain what you can expect when filing or responding to a complaint
- Discuss your options in reporting Sexual Misconduct
- Help you complete a “Community Concern” form, informing the Dean of Students office of sexual misconduct or concerning behavior
- Connect you with support people and resources
- Talk with you privately, but will be required to complete basic, non-identifying information on a “Community Concern” form
