  • Plan, implement, and evaluate all policies affecting Residential Life

  • Select and supervise residential life professional staff

  • Involvement in college-operated residence halls and houses planning and development

  • Develop long-range plans and objectives for Residential Life

  • Liaison with facilities, custodial, ITS, and dining services staff

  • Furniture selection and replacement

  • Lead and manage housing operations and programs including Room Draw and first year student housing

  • Assist with the supervision, selection, and training of the RAs

  • Oversight of Residential Life student conduct system
  • Provide counseling, advising, and mediation services to individual students and staff

  • Work with students who need housing accommodations
