Chess Club

Hello! Welcome to the Carleton College Chess Club website.  The club meets approximately two times a week for all things chess related- normal, blitz, blind, bughouse, 4-ways, etc. If you don’t know how to play or just want to pick up some pointers, don’t hesitate to come learn.

Meeting times for fall term ’12 are:
Sunday and Tuesday evenings @ 7:30 tentatively...

Our goals as a club include:
Having fun.
Getting better.
Promoting chess at Carleton, especially though our annual tournament.
Expanding our connections with other colleges, clubs, and the Northfield community.
