We are a group of Carleton students who meet weekly to improve our abilities as dancers, as well as to prepare our members for competitions and general ballroom dancing. This is very exciting, because it allows the team more access to practice space, funding, and P.E. credit for team membership!

Summer practices

Spring Practices
March 4, 2009Spring is in the air (well, soon anyways). This spring term we are going to be focusing on Samba and Tango.

Our first coaching session of the term will be first weekend. Saturday, April 4th, 1:00-3:00PM. We will be continuing our work on the fundamentals of Samba, as well as starting with International Tango.
This is our last week of practices of the term, so lets work hard to finish out the term with a bang. You have all been fantastic. Go Carls!

February 22, 2009Congratulations to everyone who competed at Star of the North! Everyone did a fantastic job, bringing home hardware for Carleton in many events! Results will be up as soon as we have a full posted list from the competition.
Coaching Session - February 28th
February 1, 2009We have another coaching session coming up with Mariusz, Saturday February 28th from 1pm-3pm. We'll be talking to him about our experience at the Competition, as well as beginning work on Samba.
