Kids for Conservation

Kids For Conservation (KFC) works with elementary school children to exchange knowledge and engage in activities that promote environmental awareness. Our goal is to encourage students to make responsible decisions about the environment. Lesson plans are designed by Carleton College volunteers and are taught in teams of four. The teams return to the same classrooms once each week and lead a fun and interactive one-hour lesson on issues involving the environment.
