For Teachers
Kids For Conservation is a program that strives to teach environmental curriculum to Northfield students. Carleton students develop hands-on activities and games to teach concepts related to land, water, and energy. We teach six hour-long lessons every Carleton term (fall, winter, spring).
Currently, we have KFC classrooms at the following schools: Nerstrand Elementary School, Greenvale Park Elementary School, Sibley Elementary School, and Prairie Creek Community School. If you would like to have KFC volunteers teach in your classroom, please email Molly Klane.
