Welcome to Student Health and Counseling! 

Please explore this site to learn about our clinical services, designed to provide Carleton students on-campus access to care, convenience, and excellent customer service.

Medical Services:

Appointments – for when you want to schedule your care in advance

Walk-in Care* – for when you need to be seen on short notice

Phone Triage – for when you have questions about whether you need to receive care or wonder whether your should be seen at SHAC or at a local clinic

Counseling Services:

Individual -  Short-term 1:1 care with a counselor that understands the Carleton experience

Group –  Counselor-facilitated support with your peers who share similar experiences and concerns

Urgent on-call – 24/7/365 access to phone consultation with a counselor after-hours (nights/weekends/breaks)

Online Medical appointments – schedule medical appointments online, 24/7, for greater convenience

Secure student-provider messaging – communicate with SHAC staff in a secure, confidential manner via our electronic system

Automated Appointment Reminders - receive email reminders of your upcoming appointments in SHAC
