Not only do we have a new name, but throughout the year we will be introducing many new services, designed to provide Carleton students improved access to care, convenience, and excellent customer service.
Appointments – for when you want to schedule your care in advance
Walk-in Care – for when you need to be seen on short notice
Phone Triage – for when you have questions about whether you need to receive care or wonder whether your should be seen at SHAC or at a local clinic
Individual - Short-term 1:1 care with a counselor that understands the Carleton experience
Group – Counselor-facilitated support with your peers who share similar experiences and concerns
Emergency on-call – access to phone consultation with a counselor after-hours (nights/weekends)
