Local Express Bus Route

  • Overview

    When classes are in session, the Local Express Bus provides evening and Sunday afternoon service within Northfield.  Free ride to Target, Cub Foods, Applebees, Tokyo Grill, El Tequila, Culver's, Northfield Urgent Care, Allina Clinic, St. Olaf, and more.

  • Cost

    • Free for Carleton students, faculty and staff by showing driver your OneCard
    • St. Olaf students, faculty and staff utilize the Local Express too
    • The public may also ride this bus by paying the regular bus fare

  • How to Use

    • Show your OneCard and board the bus at any of the stops and times listed on the schedule.

  • Dates of Service

    The Local Express Bus runs when classes are in session at Carleton and/or St. Olaf

    Spring Term 2013: Resumes Monday, April 1 through Saturday, 6/8 

  • Schedule

    • 4PM - 11PM on Monday through Saturday when classes are in session at Carleton and/or St. Olaf Colleges
    • 1PM - 4PM on Sunday afternoons when classes are in session at Carleton and/or St. Olaf Colleges
