So, my life has been eaten by Ebony recently – as Aaron wrote about, there was showing on Sunday, and then this week was tech week, which means we had practice every night in West Gym, where we're performing. Yesterday I was there for four hours for the dress rehearsal, where we ran the whole show twice. At the end of that rehearsal, we found out we would be having an extra rehearsal today starting at 4:45 and continuing right up until the 8:00 show, meaning I'll be Ebony-ing for probably about six hours today. But hopefully it'll all be worth it when we perform tonight! This is my first dance performance pretty much ever, and I'm pumped. Among other things, I get to wear a costume best described as "80s aerobics dominatrix", which should be... interesting, especially since pretty much the whole school shows up at one or the other of the performances.
In other news, it's summer. I don't really know how this happened. Everyone is pretty much exploding with joy about it.
The Carletonian pastime. (In case you can't see it, there's a frisbee flying around somewhere in there.)
Bald Spot jam session.
A swarm of bikes in front of Sayles. (Plus Alex, refusing to pose and walking away.)
A more unusual mode of transportation.
Carleton is pretty.
