Hello world!

What a week! Things that happened 2nd week(end)…

• I got sick
• I got better (but am still sick)
• I produced a digital collage/short film for my Cartography of Collage project, which I’m presenting today
• On Thursday, there was a reception for the Carleton Studio Art Faculty Exhibition in the Braucher and Kaemmer Family galleries at the Perlman Teaching Museum (faculty, art, and food – all the fun things in life)
• Last Friday, SAO sponsored an apple-picking trip to Fireside Orchard (in addition to Honeycrisp, they’re stocked with flavored honeys, jellies, raspberry apple cider, plain cider, donuts, and scones)
• Karl-Pop had its first informational meeting of the year! Dance sign-ups just went live!!
• For our winter performances, I’ll be directing “1+1=0” by Suran and “Gashina” by Sunmi (choreographies by 1MILLION)
• I have an informational interview with a lawyer alum through the Career Center today (30 Minutes)
• Peep the photos of my art reception/apple orchard adventures with friends!

That’s all for now! I’m excited to update you as I venture through third week. I believe I’ve got a couple of midterms coming up.

When she isn’t drinking coffee at Sayles, the Minnesotan gal can be found wandering the Weitz, browsing memes at the Libe, or reinventing old recipes at Dacie Moses. On campus, she is involved in Firebellies, Karl-Pop, CSA, and Carleton Art Society, among other cool student organizations.
