Paula Hart’s career path, from philosophy major at Carleton to leader of one of the state’s oldest and most comprehensive non-profits, was a journey with some interesting stops along the way. Hart will describe her transformation from philosopher, seller of high fashion, chief operating officer at Courage Center and finally receiving her calling as a servant leader at VOA Minnesota. Hart will describe how she leads an organization delivering more than $40 million in services to thousands of Minnesotans in need each year.
