A Horse Is Not A House Cat, And Other Reflections

Andrea graduated Carleton in 2007 with a special major in English and Studio Art, and a newly re-discovered love of horses.  In the summer of 2006, she worked at a guest ranch herding cows and leading trail rides, re-igniting her childhood love of the horse.  After Carleton, Andrea found work at a local non-profit therapeutic horseback riding organization called We Can Ride, and took on many responsibilities, from coordinating special events to teaching classes to disabled riders, and managing a barn of 11 therapy horses.
