Jim Watkins '07 was an Economics major at Carleton, and is now the co-founder and managing director of Sociable Cider Werks in NE Minneapolis. Jim will talk about making manufacturing jobs sexy for a millennial work force, and the challenges of competing in the gig economy. Sociable, one of the fastest growing breweries in the state staffs 40 employees, all of them under the age of 35. .
