Join us for an action packed night of roller derby with the Minnesota RollerGirls (MNRG)! A league mixer theme bout kicks off at 7:30 p.m. followed by the nationally-ranked Minnesota RollerGirls All-Stars Vs. Brew City Bruisers All-Stars. A pre-bout scrimmage will feature two local youth derby leagues. In addition to watching the hard-hitting derby action, you can...

* Meet MNRG members/Carleton alums Drew Johnson ’96, Steve Bentley ’00, and Christine Levin ’91.
* Get a (fake) black eye or team spirit coloring from a roller girl at the famous Black Eye Booth.
* Enjoy a popsicle from Leprechaun Dreamcycle.
* Get your trading card photo taken for the MNRG Facebook page.
* Dance at halftime to the tunes of house band and polka aficionados, the Bratwurst
Brothers.

Roller derby is fun for all ages! This event is kid-friendly. If they were a movie, they’d be PG-13. The Minnesota RollerGirls are part of the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA), a national governing body for female-only, skater-owned, flat-track roller derby leagues. The MNRG are unpaid professionals and donate proceeds from each bout to charity. All monetary proceeds from this bout will be donated to the Ann Bancroft Foundation to support the "Let Me Play" sports & fitness grants, which increase girls' participation in sports and organized fitness activity.
