Tom Holmes '13 is an urban planner at Zan Associates who focuses on creating opportunities for people to engage in public plans, designs, programs, and policies. Come learn about how Minnesota communities are working to make projects like Safe Routes to School and the 35W@94 Construction Project more approachable by making public engagement more authentic, more inclusive, and more fun!
