Day of Service

Saturday, August 23, 2014

Please join Carleton College alumni, prospective students, current students, and families for a community-service day at the San Francisco Food Bank followed by a pizza party at Goat Hill Pizza in the Potrero Hill District of the City by the Bay. At the food bank, we will be cleaning, sorting, and packaging various food items for needy San Franciscans. During our Goat Hill Pizza sojourn, we will be sharing stories with each other in a spirit of good cheer.

When: Saturday, August 23, 2014
9 a.m. - 12 noon (Food Bank Only)
or 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. (Food Bank and Pizza)

Where: San Francisco Food Bank and Goat Hill Pizza in the
Potrero Hill District of the City by the Bay

Cost:  Prospective students and their families will be treated to lunch.
All others $10 per person for lunch.

Since this is always an extremely popular event, please be advised that the 60 available slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please wear casual/grubby clothing with comfortable (no open-toed) shoes.
