Madison's housing market and development vision continues to be a hot topic as Madison grows. Where do things stand and where are we going? Join us to learn more and ask two Carleton alums in the field for their perspective.

We'll start with a construction tour led by Anne Neujahr Morrison '01 of 1722 Monroe Street, an in-progress, mixed-use development project. Anne is the Principal of New Year Investments, a shareholder at Urban Land Interests and sits on Madison's Housing Strategy Committee.

After the tour, join us at HotelRED for happy hour and to discuss housing issues citywide with Anne and Jocelyn Borchardt '13. Jocelyn is a development director at Dimension Development.

Cost: No cost for the tour or discussion. Purchase your own drinks and/or food.

For safety, the tour is limited to 20 people, so please respond as soon as possible, if you plan to attend, by clicking HERE and completing the subsequent form. The form will be closed once the tour is full. If you can't make the tour or the tour is full, join us at Hotel Red at 4:30!

Directions: Google Maps can be used for driving and public transit directions to the construction site and the happy hour.

Also, mark your calendars for our next summer school event on July 27th. Courtney Halbach '13 will give us a dairy farm tour and help us learn more about the state of cows in Wisconsin. Details TBA.
