Rotblatt 150: Alumni Edition

In honor of Carleton's Sesquicentennial, the Bay Area alumni will descend upon Golden Gate Park for a day of multi-generational debauchery and merriment.

First order of business: Buy a shirt by April 19! Click here to purchase.

Second order of business: Invite other alums! Extra points for alumni from the Lewis, Porter, Edwards, or Swearer presidencies. Triple points for Class of '66 Rotblatt founders. Quadruple points for the Ghost of Marvin Rotblatt.

Third order of business: Come to Marx Meadow in Golden Gate Park on May 6th. We'll provide baseball equipment, tunes, and sub-par beer that will remind you of college. You provide the unbridled joy of Carleton and its extended community.

Please bring other alums, old Rotblatt shirts, a six-pack of your favorite beer, abandoned couches, picnic blankets, and/or grillable food.

Cost: $20 for a t-shirt. Proceeds will cover park reservation fees and communal beer (not guaranteed to be classier than PBR).

RSVPs not necessary but appreciated to Jonathan Hillis '13.

Directions and Parking: We will be on the north-eastern side of Marx Meadow in Golden Gate Park. We should be hard to miss, but we will be tucked back into the Meadow, not fully visible from John F. Kennedy Drive (picnic tables #5 and #6). Street parking, limited availability - see Golden Gate Park website for more information.
