This demonstration will cover the basic formula for mixing numerous drinks and a demonstration making both regular and non-alcoholic cocktails, including a few retro drinks from the '80s bar scene (and still crowd-pleasers to this day).

Rolf Peters is an ’86 grad who bartended during college both in Northfield and his hometown of Tucson, Arizona. Jim Wyant ’86 and Rolf taught bartending during the school year while in college in an enterprise known as the Northfield College of Mixology. Rolf keeps his skills sharp behind the bar in case he ever needs a second career to fall back on.
