The Carleton Beijing Club invites you to the

Third China Philanthropy Forum
Featuring Former Vice President of the United States Al Gore and Former President of Germany Horst Koehler
Tuesday, November 25, 8:00 - 18:00

Join us for the third annual China Philanthropy Forum. Philanthropy is entering into a new phase in China. The transformation of charity organizations in this country started with top-down reform policies among social organizations. Private philanthropy is breaking out of old mindsets in a bottom-up manner and civic philanthropy has begun to enter the mainstream of society.

Innovation is the path to development and it also drives development. To achieve innovation and development, we need to take action. With “Innovation and Action” as its theme, the Third China Philanthropy Forum seeks to promote the concept of "Effective Philanthropy and Charity by All”. The Forum represents an opportunity to bring together philanthropic organizations, enterprises, government agencies, international organizations, academia, the media and other parties in building a global platform for exchanges on philanthropy, explore the concept of international philanthropy with all participants, and promote the healthy and substantial development of philanthropy in China.

When: Tuesday, November 25, 8:00 to 18:00
