Please join Carleton alumni, parents, families, friends, and current and prospective students for a holiday gathering.

Lee (McEnany) Caraher '86 is an author of two recent books about generational workplace dynamics: "Millennials & Management: The Essential Guide for Making it Work at Work" (2014) and "The Boomerang Principle: Inspire Lifetime Loyalty from Your Employees" (2017). In a special presentation just for Carleton alumni, students, parents and their guests, Lee will share key insights on how to find and manage for success in a diverse, multi-generational workplace.

Lee is the Founder & CEO of Double Forte Public Relations & Digital Marketing, a San Francisco-based firm that works with some of the top consumer and technology brands in the country. As an acclaimed communication strategist who loves to solve big problems with practical solutions, Lee has a reputation for building cohesive, highly-productive teams that know how to have fun together at the same time. She's a straight talker who doesn't hold too many punches, but she's a ton of fun too, with a big laugh and terrific sense of humor.

At Carleton, Lee was a Medieval History major, captain of the Field Hockey team, sang with the Chamber Singers and a Resident Assistant. Her oldest of two sons is working to earn a Bachelor of Music in Sacred Music at St. Olaf. Lee lives on the Peninsula with her husband, sons and a blind cat. To learn more about Lee's background and her published works, please visit leecaraher.com.

Lee's presentation will begin at 2pm and conclude before 3. Shortly thereafter, we will hold a Q & A Panel for prospective students and their parents, featuring both current Carleton students and recent graduates.
