April 9 - Becky Zrimsek '89 -- Campus Climate:  It's Not About Global Warming

Becky, Carleton's Director of Alumni Affairs, is co-chairing a new college leadership group, the Community, Equity and Diversity Initiative. The group will work on priorities and challenges identified in a recent campus climate survey of students, faculty and staff. She will talk about the good news as well as challenges presented by the survey results, and explain the next steps in the development of a strategic plan for Carleton.
