Andy Selden '68 is Vice President of Law and Policy for United Rail Passenger Alliance, Inc.  Learn more about what the future looks like for high speed rail, conventional intercity regional services, and metro-area commuter rail as Andy describes and discusses the recently filed State Rail Plan.
