Taste the PNW Craft Cider Revival with Finnriver Farm
Thursday, April 25, 2013, 5:30 to 8 p.m.
Join Crystie Kisler ’92, co-owner of Finnriver Farm & Cidery, as she tells the story of Finnriver and offers a private tasting of Finnriver's line-up of traditional and innovative craft ciders. Finnriver is a 33 acre organic farm and an artisan Cidery on the Olympic Peninsula, dedicated to pursuing wise land stewardship and growing good food, while also exploring the possibilities of the fermented apple. Finnriver's award-winning hard ciders and fruit wines will be served, paired with local cheese and chocolates, for an authentic and sumptuous taste of life on the land. Tasting fee is $10 per person (please bring cash or check).
