Marcus Young ’91 is Artist-in-Residence in St. Paul, a pilot program to see how an artist, placed in the midst of urban planners, designers and engineers, can affect city building. Learn how he hopes to use conceptual art to change everything into an art project including light rail, public space recycling, and turning the whole city into a book of poetry.
