Please join Carleton alums, parents, and friends for a lecture by Laurel Bradley, Director of Exhibitions and Curator of the College Art Collection.  The lecture will take place at the Delaware Art Museum in conjunction with the exhibit Paintings from the Reign of Victoria:  The Thomas Holloway Collection.  Introducing artists from Edwin Landseer to John Everett Millais, she will explore how the evolving culture of celebrity in the Victorian era affected careers and reputations.  Her presentation will also follow the fortunes of key artworks as values rose and fell with changing tastes and market conditions.

Cost:  Museum admission is $12 for non-members (the lecture is free).  Museum members are free.  Upon entering the museum, please ask to be directed to the location of the lecture.
