Who’s buried in Laurence Gould’s grave?*
Help solve Archives mysteries at this special event.

Tuesday, May 11, 2010, 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Laurence M. Gould Library, Room 170

Please join Eric Hillemann, local alums, and emeriti faculty for this special Archives event. Help identify mystery people, places, and things from the Archives, and play "Stump the Archivist" with the questions you've always wanted to ask Eric.  Home baked treats (possibly of an historic nature) also will be provided.  We only have room for the first 25 people to RSVP, so please let us know right away if you’ll be able to join us.   Eric will try to select items based on the years you were on campus.

Hosts:  Anne Aby ’67, Britt Ackerman ’00, Eric Hillemann (College Archivist), Judy Sosted ’61

Questions or to RSVP, contact Ann Iijima ’72 at 507-222-4554 or aiijima@carleton.edu

*This was a trick question.  Laurence Gould’s (and his wife’s) ashes were scattered on Lilac Hill.
