Carleton’s Regional Carls Program

The Portland Club invites you to an evening of music by Laura Veirs '97.  

Laura Veirs will be playing at the Wonder Ballroom on November 8, 2008 as part of the Siren Nation Festival.  Veirs, a geology major at Carleton, released her first album in 1999.  Since then she has released five more albums, the last three through Nonesuch records, and toured around the world. 

The Clubs Advisory Group (CAG) will be meeting in Portland that weekend and will going to the concert following its meeting. Please join CAG members prior to the concert at the Under Wonder Lounge, located below the Wonder Ballroom, from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m., to learn about doings at other Carleton Clubs and to discuss ideas for Club activities. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.
