After a bit of break, the NC Carleton Club cooking series returns with Frank Vinluan '96 leading us in an exploration of some dishes from and inspired by the cuisine of the Philippines. The menu is not quite yet final, but there will be several courses. Please indicate any food allergies or dietary considerations when making your reservation.

Cost:  $12 per person.  RSVPs are necessary.  This event is limited to 8 people.
