Second Annual Pumpkin Patch Party!

Hey DC-area alums (and your kids)! October is here and its time for our second annual pumpkin patch party at Larriland Farm (a different patch this year). Join us for the full array of fun autumn activities: hayrides, picking (and eating!) your own pumpkins and apples, and sampling fresh apple cider and jams! This event is TERRIFIC for children of all ages and the young-at-heart, so we really hope a variety of folks will join us!
Larriland Farm is located near Mt. Airy, MD (http://www.pickyourown.com/fallfestival.html). In order to help those who are car-less in the city, we're encouraging carpooling. Please RSVP by Tuesday, October 20 to Nicole Vikan '98. Please let us know if you have a car and would be willing to drive (and if so, how many spaces you have and from which metro stop you can collect riders), or if you'll be in need of a ride (we'll ask you to chip in for gas). Once we know how many drivers and passengers we have, we'll coordinate times and meeting spots. The Farm is about one hour from Dupont Circle, DC. Again, this is a great family-friendly event, so be sure to bring your little pumpkins!
