The speakers for August's Breakfast Club will be Andrew Selden '68 and Eric Johnson '68. They will discuss the restoration of the Northfield train station. Andy will provide background on rail passenger services in Northfield, and Eric (a volunteer leader for the project) will talk about the relocation and restoration of the building to its 1888 as-built condition. We will also hear from Suzie Nakasian (former Carleton faculty and an elected member of the Northfield City Council) on her effort to restore rail passenger service in Northfield and southern Minnesota.
No RSVP necessary to attend! And save the date for the September Breakfast Club on September 13th.
