Office of Alumni Relations
Sarah '93 oversees alumni relations for Carleton College and directs the activities of the office. Specific responsibilities include supervision of reunion planning and support for the 25th and post-55th reunion classes, oversight of Reunion and the Carleton Alumni Volunteer Experience, and planning the annual Reunion Convocation and Alumni College programs. In addition, she provides strategic direction, coordination and support for Carleton's Alumni Council, oversees the production of the Alumni E-News and other alumni communications, and manages the International Alumni Adventures program.
Jeanne provides administrative support and project coordination for Alumni Relations. She serves as receptionist and office manager at Bird House, Carleton's Alumni Relations welcome center on campus, and manages student staff for the office. She coordinates housing for Reunion and the Carleton Alumni Volunteer Experience and assists with Reunion registration and other Reunion projects. Jeanne also supports the domestic Alumni Adventures program and assists with other major alumni events and communications.
Catie '10 works with the 40th, 45th, and 50th reunion programming committees and coordinates the Oral History Program during Reunion weekend. She serves as staff liaison for the Multicultural Alumni Network and ‘C’ Club boards and provides project management and assessment of life-long learning opportunities and programs, including the Carleton Connects series. In addition, Catie monitors the Alumni Network web site and guides social media strategies for volunteer and alumni communications. Leila works with the 5th, 10th, 30th and 35th Reunion program committees and assists alumni volunteers who produce class newsletters. She supports Carleton Clubs program volunteers and helps manage the Coffee with a Carl program. Leila also is responsible for strengthening student-alumni relations ties and works with Carleton's Student and Alumni Programming (SNAP) board.
Aliza works with the 15th, 20th, and 55th Reunion programming committees and provides overall project management for Carleton’s Alumni Volunteer Experience (CAVE). She provides strategic direction for the Carleton Clubs program and coordinates Carleton’s mini-reunion program. Additionally, she manages Domestic Alumni Adventures Travel. Aliza loves to hear from volunteers--even if it's a simple hello!
Erin provides overall coordination for Reunion planning, working with staff and volunteers to implement programs, managing vendor relations, coordinating student staff recruitment, supervision and training, and overseeing various Reunion programs including the Camp Carleton and Teen programs. She serves as staff liaison to the Out After Carleton board and supports the Alumni Council Awards and Nominations committee. She also coordinates other Alumni Relations special events, including the Carleton Alumni Volunteer Experience and on-campus affinity gatherings.
Alumni Relations Administrative Assistant
Beth works for both Alumni Relations and Summer Academic Programs. In Alumni Relations, Beth coordinates reunion housing, registration, reunion class communications, and provides overall administrative support for the office.
