Under the Tree (2017) opened at the Venice Film Festival and has already garnered numerous festival awards. A modern tale based on an Icelandic legend, Under the Tree is equally comic and dark as it shows suburban neighbors getting at each other's throats. The screening will be followed by a Q+A with the director.
