Jesse Willenbring received an MFA from Hunter College in 2010 and has recent solo exhibitions at Ceysson Bénétière (Paris) Thomas Duncan Gallery (Los Angeles). His work has been included in group exhibitions at Gavin Brown’s enterprise, Lehmann Maupin, and Rivington Arms. Willenbring was the co-curator of Don’t Perish at Leo Koenig Projekte, Rose Colored Glasses at GBE @ Passerby, and is the co-editor of P & Co., a biannual newspaper. Simultaneously, he co-founded a creative agency with his wife, Bevin McNamara. In collaboration with McNamara, Willenbring has worked as curator, art director, designer and producer for TSP. Their clients have included Absolut, RedBull, NBC Unviseral, Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC, and others. Willenbring lives and works with his wife and daughter in Los Angeles.
