    Knights sweep Oberlin, 9-3 and 12-1

    Following the tried and true formula of solid pitching and timely hitting, the Carleton College baseball team swept a doubleheader against Oberlin College by scores of 9-3 and 12-1. The Knights have now won five of their last six games.

    Knights earn split with Framingham State

    Brendon Fischel had five hits on the day and senior Tyler Rolland tossed his first career complete game as the Carleton College baseball team split its doubleheader against Framingham State University. The Knights dropped their first game of the Spring Break trip, 8-3, but bounced back in the nightcap to register a 15-3 triumph.

    Hitting erupts, pitching stifles as Knights sweep Crown

    The offense erupted for 26 runs over the two games and the pitching staff held the opposition in check much of the night as the Carleton College baseball team swept Crown College and evened its season record. The Knights prevailed by scores of 15-2 and 11-3.

    Knights swept in season-opening series

    With an 11 p.m. scheduled first pitch, the bats for the Carleton College baseball team had trouble waking up as the Knights dropped both ends of a late-night doubleheader against Luther College, falling by scores of 7-0 and 18-0.

    Knights capture ABCA Team Academic Excellence Award

    The Carleton College baseball team earned its second consecutive Team Academic Excellence Award from the America Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA). The Knights were one of only 29 NCAA Division III programs to take home this accolade in both 2015-16 and 2016-17 and are one of only three programs from the MIAC to ever receive the honor.

    Knights earn 40 Academic All-Conference awards

    The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) announced its Winter/Spring 2016-17 Academic All-Conference honorees today, with Carleton College student-athletes earning distinction 40 times. To qualify for recognition, student-athletes must be a sophomore, junior, or senior, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
