NORTHFIELD, Minn. – The Carleton College men’s swimming and diving team turned in seven top-5 finishes at the Cows, Colleges, and Contentment Classic. The unscored four-team meet also included NCAA Division II program St. Cloud State, as well as UW-La Crosse, and St. Olaf College.

Sophomore Stevie Fitch (Redmond, Wash./Nikola Tesla Stem School) placed third in the 500-yard freestyle at 5:16.86 and finished fourth with a time of 2:07.85 in the 200-yard butterfly.

Classmate Andrew Chang (Vancouver, Wash./Union) was fourth-fastest in the 400-yard IM, touching the wall at 4:37.91. He took fifth in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:05.85.

Allen Yuan (Fy./Cary, N.C./Raleigh Charter) and Eric Meyer (Jr./Potomac, Md./Wootton) finished third and fifth, respectively, in the 200-yard breaststroke as they posted times of 2:32.61 and 2:38.79.

Jack Dalluge (Jr./Waverly, Minn./Watertown-Mayer) added a fifth-place result in the 200-yard freestyle, covering that distance in 1:51.61.

Carleton will visit No. 16-ranked  University of St. Thomas on Friday, Nov. 2 and 6 p.m. That meet will feature the Margate Memorial Trophy.
