    Knights win 10 times, claim team title at Meet of the Hearts

    The Carleton College men's track and field team won 10 events en route to capturing the team title at the seven-team Meet of the Hearts. The day’s many highlights included Lucas Mueller breaking the Recreation Center record in winning the mile, as well as Peter Keel notching victories in both the long jump and triple jump.

    Lucas Mueller wins again at MSU-Mankato

    Lucas Mueller and Tris Dodge finished 1-2 in the 3000-meter run at the Ted Nelson Classic hosted by Minnesota State-Mankato. The Carleton College men’s track and field team finished 10th at the 17-team meet, which included five NCAA Division II programs as well as four nationally-ranked Division III programs.

    Lucas Mueller earns MIAC weekly award

    Sophomore Lucas Mueller posted a national top-10 time while winning the 5000-meter run at Minnesota State-Mankato’s Mark Schuck Open. In recognition of that feat, he was tabbed the MIAC Men’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week.

    Lucas Mueller wins 5K at Mark Shuck Open

    The Knights went 1-2-3-4 in the 5000-meter run the Mark Schuck Open at Minnesota State University-Mankato, highlighting a number of solid early-season performances by the Carleton College men’s track and field team. The Knights finished eighth at the 12-team meet which included six NCAA D-II programs.

    Knights win 10 events at Carleton Triangular

    Peter Keel, Zach Kulstad, and Lucas Mueller each won two individual events to lead the Carleton College men’s track and field team to victory in the Carleton Triangular on Friday evening.

    Three Knights competed at two meets over the weekend for the Carleton College men’s track and field team. Lucas Mueller, Joey Cook-Gallardo, and Nick Brusilow each turned in impressive results in their opening runs of the 2019 indoor season.
