    Following a memorable senior season, Lucy Stevens earned Academic All-District recognition from the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).

    Lucy Stevens secures third All-MIAC award

    Senior Lucy Stevens was voted by conference coaches to the All-MIAC volleyball team for the third consecutive season. she joins Tina Churchill ’89, Maura O'Leary'96, and Camille Benson ’15 as the only players in program history to be named to the All-MIAC team in three consecutive seasons. Katherine Miles was named to the All-Sportsmanship Team.

    Knights celebrate seniors with thriller over St. Olaf

    Led by its four seniors, the Carleton College volleyball team closed the 2017 campaign with an exciting five-set victory over cross-town rival St. Olaf College. The Knights won the first two sets, dropped the next two, and rallied in the final set to prevail 25-17, 25-20, 20-25, 16-25, and 15-13.

    Royals eliminate Knights from playoff contention

    ARDEN HILLS, Minn. – In a must-win final road battle of the season, the Carleton College volleyball team could not maintain its strong start and fell short against Bethel University in four sets (23-25, 25-16, 25-16, 25-19) on Wednesday. That loss ended the Knights hopes of chasing down a spot in the MIAC playoffs.

    Less than 24 hours after it notched an important MIAC victory over St. Kate’s, the Carleton College volleyball team suffered a three-set defeat at the hands of conference foe Augsburg University, falling by scores of 25-7, 25-22, and 25-15 on Saturday.

    As the volleyball season ages and each match increases in importance, the Carleton College volleyball team bounced back from a setback in the first set to defeat St. Catherine University in four (21-25, 25-14, 25-19, 25-16) on Friday night in the Twin Cities.
