Bus departs Willis: 6:00 p.m.
Bus departs Valley Fair: 11:00 p.m.
Bus arrives at Carleton: 12:00 a.m. approximately.
Cancellation Policy: If you can no longer attend the trip, your student account will be charged an additional $25 unless we are able to find a replacement no later than Thursday, October 5 at 12:00 p.m. Please contact Rita khurshudian (khurshudianr) or Myat Thant Sin Naing (thantm) by Thursday, October 10 at 12 p.m. if you are no longer able to attend. If we are able to find a replacement off the waitlist, you will not be charged. If we are not able to find someone on the waitlist to take your spot, or you aren't able to find a replacement, your student account will be charged $25.
