Exploration Summer Program (EXPLO) Info. Session

Thu, November 7, 2019 • 6:00pm - 7:00pm (1h) • Sayles-Hill, 251

Exploration Summer Program (EXPLO) Information Session

Imagine a program where the traditional concept of learning is turned on its head, where experiments take the place of lectures, and where failure is just another word for trying. EXPLO is a place where you’ll spend your days surrounded by people who will inspire and challenge your worldview. Our programs will most definitely expand your notion of what learning is — and how much fun it is supposed to be.

We know you’ll transform the lives of our students. We hope the experience will transform yours, too.

Talk with Jonathan Grinde ’20, english major & public policy minor about EXPLO. He participated in the EXPLO program when he was in high school. Fast forward a few years as he became an Instructor RA / DA teaching physics and kayaking.

 • Table Visit: Tuesday, November 5th, 12-1pm, Sayles Hill, table #5
 • Information Session: Thursday, November 7th, 6-7pm, Sayles 251, RSVP via the Tunnel, pizza provided

Exploration Programs encourage students to explore a tremendous variety of interests. Featuring more courses, activities, and trips than any other summer program, 90 percent of our students attend our flagship Exploration Programs.

Other programs include

Perks

 • Professional Development - assess your performance, set goals, and improve your organizational and interpersonal skills.
