Moodle for New Faculty

This is a 2-part session design to help new faculty get up to speed quickly on how to use Moodle, our learning management system. The first hour will include important information on things specific to our Moodle installation at Carleton, such as logging in, how enrollments work, modules and tools that we have available and where to get help on your own. If you have used Moodle at another institution or are very comfortable with learning management system concepts, you may find that only the first hour is necessary.
The second hour will be more hands-on for those who would like more assistance with the nuts and bolts of using Moodle, including the ins and outs of using the Assignment feature, the Attendance module and the Gradebook.
