International Festival Planning Committee Meeting
This is an invitation to be a part of the planning committee for International Festival!!!
The festival is on Saturday, April 29th, in weitz, from 12pm-2pm. We will begin meeting this THURSDAY, March 9th from 12pm-1pm in Stimson House. We will meet this week to bring students together, collect emails, and talk about what International Festival is all about! Then when Spring Term begins we will again meet every Thursday from 12pm-1pm with the exception of 4th Week (we will meet Tuesday, April 18th) in Stimson House until the event (THIS IS ONLY SIX MEETINGS). A lot of planning and dedication is needed to put on such a great event!! Please plan to join us this Thursday!
