Carrot Health Session-Analytics, Data Science, Product Analyst Intern
Carrot Health has hosted interns & externs for several years. Carleton alumni currently represent 23% of Carrot's team (7/30)!
Carrot Health is a healthcare technology company that offers a SaaS platform that pulls together a vast universe of consumer data, predictive models, and interactive visual reports to deliver actionable insight to health plans and health systems. For payers, Carrot focuses on driving market share gains, improving population engagement and improving health outcomes. For providers, Carrot focuses on improving health risk identification, patient engagement, and patient health outcomes. Carrot is also beginning to do a lot of work in the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) space. With a focus on improving the health outcomes of our customer's members by identifying non-clinical risks such as housing instability or food insecurity that are driving increased healthcare utilization.

While Carrot Health doesn't have a specific position they are recruiting for, they are looking for candidates that have the right mix of skills and a willingness to learn. They are ideally looking for juniors or seniors with previous intern experience that are pursuing a degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, or computer science. Carls currently hold the role of CEO, VP of Product, Analytics Manager, Director of Business Development, Data Scientist, Software Engineer, and Product Analyst.
