This event is open to anyone with an interest in this session, whether or not they are a direct supervisor of student employees.
Jeff Stafford, former Director of Student Life and owner of Orange Slice Training, will be joining us to facilitate this workshop. With a background in Human Resources and Student Development Jeff has worked with colleges and universities across the country equipping both students and staff with the skills to effectively lead themselves and others while focusing on retention and engagement. Jeff is also an Adjunct Faculty member in the Organizational Leadership, Development & Policy department teaching undergraduate classes in the Leadership Minor. He offers training and development in the areas of: Employee Engagement, Emotional Intelligence, Team Building, Communications, Generational Differences, Manager & Leaders Training, and Strengths.
