Weekly Commitment

Kids for Conservation (KFC) was initiated to give elementary school children the knowledge about environmental issues that they will need in order to make responsible decisions. Each lesson plan is designed by a few volunteers and volunteers take turns with this task. Lessons are generally taught in teams of three. The teams return to the same classrooms once each week and lead a fun and interactive one-hour lesson on the environment.
