Campus Scheduling & Special Events

Our Scheduling and Special Events team manages room and venue scheduling, the Alumni Guest House, and Weddings & other special events.

Campus Services

OneCard

Campus Services assists the Carleton community with the OneCard program, the Campus Post Office, Print and Mail Services, the Enterprise Car Share program, and Carleton’s fleet of reservable vehicles for college business. The Campus Services office is located in Room 5 on the lower level of Sayles-Hill Campus Center.

Auxiliary Services also oversees the relationship between Carleton and Barnes & Noble College, the company that operates Carleton Bookstore. The Carleton Bookstore is a full service on-campus bookstore offering books and course materials, supplies, Carleton clothing & gifts, and snacks. It is located on the first floor of Sayles-Hill Campus Center.

Dining Services

Bon Appétit

Dining Services coordinates the relationship between Carleton and Bon Appétit Management Company, the firm that operates five dining facilities on campus: Burton Dining Hall, East Dining Hall in the Language and Dining Center, Sayles Café in Sayles-Hill Campus Center, Schulze Café in Anderson Hall, and Weitz Café in the Weitz Center for Creativity. Bon Appétit also offers an extensive array of catering expertise and can provide food for any location on campus. The Dining Services office is located in Severance G41.
