Request for Parent Email Addresses

If your parents would like to receive email contact from Carleton about new student or currently enrolled student deadlines and notices about fee due dates, please direct them to the Parent Address Change Form. This is the site for adding or changing parent email addresses and for opting out of the online parent directory.

Online Payment:  Online payment is the preferred form of payment. Payments can be made electronically through the Hub

NOTE:  Parent/guardian must have Proxy Access to the Hub to make online payments on behalf of their Carleton Student.

Hub Proxy Access

Parent/Guardian Proxy Access allows students to request Hub access for parents, guardians, or other guests. This access allows parent/guardian access to their student records at Carleton.

Check Payments:

Mail check and 529 Savings Plan payments to the address listed below. Please include the student's ID# and/or full name on the check.

The Business Office, located in the lower level of Leighton Hall, accepts check payments during cashier hours (M-F 8:00 am-2:00 pm).

Note:  Credit/Debit cards are not accepted for payment on Student Accounts.
